The jewelry pricing shown on our online catalog is based on estimated weights and purity variables. Actual showroom gold rates fluctuate daily and will apply on the day of the invoice. Making charges and wastage percentages vary per piece and will be detailed transparently on the final invoice.

2. Product Availability

Many jewelry pieces are handcrafted, bespoke, or made-to-order. Showing an item in the online catalog does not guarantee instant showroom availability. We recommend using the "Contact Us" button to confirm layout and sizes with our design team.

3. Custom Orders and Modifications

Any customized, modified, or custom-built jewelry order requires a non-refundable advance deposit. Once casting or engraving begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
