Installment Plan Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Tulsi Nidhi and Tulsi Swarna Nidhi Installment Plans ("Schemes") offered by Tulsi Jewellery Works ("TJW", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in either scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scheme Names

The following installment plans are offered by Tulsi Jewellery Works:

• Tulsi Nidhi
• Tulsi Swarna Nidhi

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Valid government-issued identity and address proof may be required at the time of enrollment.

Tulsi Jewellery Works reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Enrollment

Customers may enroll on any day of the month.

There is no fixed enrollment period.

Existing members may enroll in one or more installment plans simultaneously.

4. Monthly Installment Amount

The minimum monthly installment is ₹1,000.

Thereafter, installments may be selected in multiples of ₹500.

Each scheme has a tenure of 12 months.

5. Payment of Installments

Monthly installments may be paid on any day during the respective calendar month.

Payments may be made online or at our showroom through cash, UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other payment method accepted by Tulsi Jewellery Works.

A receipt will be issued for every successful payment.

6. Bonus Eligibility

Members shall be eligible for the scheme bonus only if:

• All monthly installments are paid in full.
• No installment is missed or defaulted during the scheme period.
• All scheme terms are complied with.

Failure to meet the above conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus benefits.

7. Delay or Default

In the event of any delayed or missed installment, the scheme maturity and redemption date shall be postponed by the corresponding period of delay.

Bonus eligibility may be affected if installments are not paid as required.

8. Early Discontinuation

If a member voluntarily discontinues the scheme before completing the tenure:

• Only the total amount actually deposited shall be available for redemption.
• The deposited amount may be redeemed only towards the purchase of eligible jewellery after completion of the original scheme tenure.
• No bonus, promotional benefit, discount, or additional reward shall be applicable.

9. Redemption

The scheme becomes eligible for redemption 30 days after the last successful installment.

Redemption must be completed within 430 days from the date of enrollment.

At the time of redemption, the membership card (if issued) must be surrendered and shall thereafter stand cancelled.

10. Eligible Purchases

Amounts accumulated under the scheme may be redeemed only towards the purchase of jewellery from Tulsi Jewellery Works.

The schemes cannot be redeemed for:

• Cash
• Refunds
• Gold or silver coins
• Bullion or bars
• Ingots
• Gift vouchers
• Any other non-jewellery products, unless specifically permitted by Tulsi Jewellery Works.

11. Wastage Charges

Wastage charges (V.A) are applicable on all jewellery purchased under the schemes.

Wastage charges (V.A) vary depending on the jewellery design, craftsmanship, category, and prevailing pricing policy.

12. Taxes

All applicable Government taxes, GST, duties, and statutory levies prevailing on the date of purchase shall be payable by the customer.

13. Scheme-Specific Conditions

Tulsi Nidhi

• Customers deposit a fixed monthly installment for 11 consecutive months.
• Upon successful completion of all eligible installments, Tulsi Jewellery Works shall contribute a bonus equivalent to one month's installment value, subject to the scheme terms.
• The scheme becomes redeemable during the 12th month, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria and these Terms & Conditions.
• The accumulated amount may be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible jewellery at Tulsi Jewellery Works.

Tulsi Swarna Nidhi

• Customers deposit a fixed monthly installment for 11 consecutive months.
• Upon each successful monthly payment, the corresponding quantity of 22 Karat gold shall be calculated and locked based on the live gold rate displayed on the date and time of payment.
• Upon successful completion of all eligible installments, Tulsi Jewellery Works shall contribute a bonus equivalent to one month's installment value, subject to the scheme terms.
• The scheme becomes redeemable during the 12th month, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria and these Terms & Conditions.
• The accumulated gold quantity may be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible jewellery at Tulsi Jewellery Works.

14. Record Verification

Customers are requested to verify payment receipts and membership records immediately.

Any discrepancy must be reported to Tulsi Jewellery Works within 7 days from the date of the relevant transaction.

15. Membership

Membership under these schemes is personal to the enrolled member and may not be transferred without the prior written approval of Tulsi Jewellery Works.

16. Modification or Withdrawal

Tulsi Jewellery Works reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or discontinue any installment scheme or these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws. Such changes shall not adversely affect benefits already accrued under active memberships unless required by law or regulatory authorities.

17. Limitation of Liability

Tulsi Jewellery Works shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, technical failures, or force majeure events.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these schemes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka.

19. Final Decision

In the event of any dispute regarding enrollment, payments, bonus eligibility, redemption, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Tulsi Jewellery Works shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
