Because every jewellery piece is handcrafted and precious metals fluctuate in value:

• Final pricing is based on the prevailing metal rate on the date of invoice.
• Product weights shown online are approximate.
• Actual weight may vary slightly after manufacturing.
• Making charges, wastage charges, taxes, and applicable fees will be reflected on the final invoice.

While we make every effort to accurately display colours, designs, and product details, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted manufacturing.

3. Product Availability

Many of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted, custom-made, or manufactured on demand.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee immediate availability.

Certain designs may require additional production time or may be discontinued without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to contact our team before visiting the showroom if they wish to confirm the availability of a specific design.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically constitute acceptance by Tulsi Jewellery Works.

Orders are accepted only after successful verification and confirmation by our team.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to situations where:

• The product becomes unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains an error.
• Payment authorization fails.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Delivery cannot be completed to the requested location.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Custom Jewellery Orders

Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order jewellery requires an advance payment.

Once manufacturing, casting, engraving, or customization has commenced:

• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under applicable law.

6. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in precious metal prices, gemstone costs, or other market conditions.

Taxes applicable under Indian law will be charged separately where required.

7. Payments

We accept payment through approved payment methods available on our website and in our showroom.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

Customers enrolled in our Gold Savings Scheme agree to comply with the scheme's separate terms and conditions.

KYC documentation may be required in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
